Terms and conditions
We do not offer any insurance service.
Please have your own insurance for loss, damage, or theft of the equipment.

Cancellation Fees
・One day prior to scheduled pick up: no fee
・Within a day of scheduled pick up: 100% of rental fee

A valid photo ID and a copy of credit card are required for identification.

Pick Up: 16:00-18:30 on Weekdays/15:00-17:00 on Saturdays
Return: 9:30-12:00 (midday)
CLOSED on Sundays and Public Holidays

RYUSTUDIO SHINONOME

Located in Shinonome (Tokyo Bay area) with two infinity cove studios and a wooden floor studio.

Booking
To rent equipment, rentee should have a membership of Light Up and make a reservation beforehand.

Requirements for renting
Identification (Driver’s license, passport, or picture ID)
Credit Card (Photocopy both side of credit cards) for deposit

Pick up and Return
All rental equipment pick up and return is at Light Up office at 4F Mori-building, 1-11-8 Nishiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Pick up time between 4pm and 7pm before the shooting day. Rental equipment must be returned to the office by noon the day after the shooting to avoid an extra full day rental charge.

Extension of rental
To avoid inconvenience to other rentee, any extension of hire must be arranged prior to termination of original rental.

Cancellation
Any cancellation made within a day of scheduled pick up, the entire amount of rental will be charged.

Shortage/Damage/Malfunction
Any shortage / damage / malfunction be reported immediately when possible or upon return of equipment.

Payment
Payment is due to at time of rental pick up unless if otherwise arranged. We accept the payment by varieties of credits card, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Card and Union Pay. Light Up will gladly direct bill to your Client, Agent, Producer, or others who have already registered our membership.

Liabilities
Rentee will be charged to retail price on equipment that is lost, stolen, or broken. In case of broken which can repair, rentee will be charged a fee for repair. In case of breakdown naturally, Light Up will apologize with no charge for the rental.

Insurance
Our equipment is not covered by insurance and we do not provide the service. Please insure the equipment by yourself if needed.
